Hello Everyone!
We are proud to announce that Zumba® classes are now being offered at Ilumin Zumba Studio at Micon The Ballroom located at 3508 Harwood Rd. Suite 202 in Bedford:-) Classes will be from Monday through Fridays.
Our studio director Ilumin Avila and instructors, P J and Maria are seasoned experts at various levels of Zumba®. All talented ladies specialize in dance fitness, so, whether you want fast- paced exciting dance party fitness or a fun low- impact dance fitness, we have a class for you:-) If you are tired of those boring exercise routines come on over for Zumba® and dance your way to health;-)

Hi, I have been teaching Zumba for 5 years. I'm also a musician and choreographer so Zumba comes very naturally to me. I love teaching Zumba classes as this allowed me to merge my passion for music and dance. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party which allows one to enjoy an added benefit of having fun while getting fit! Come join me at Micon The Ballroom, off highway 121 and Harwood Road in Bedford and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you!
Hi, my name is PJ Posey. I took my first Zumba® Fitness class in 2009 and have not stopped the party since! I decided to become an instructor in 2012 and love teaching a variety of classes from beginner to advanced and even toning. Students enjoy being able to feel the music and just let go. Zumba® Fitness routines are designed to be easy and fun, so put on your dancing shoes and let's get ready to party yourself into shape!
