Standing Ovation Caesar Salad
A unique presentation of this classic Mexican salad; Romaine lettuce leaves
Stacked into a baguette crouton ring and drizzled with a creamy homemade Caesar dressing and topped with shaved parmesan curls

Spicy Corn Bisque with Roast Pepper Pico
A velvety corn and jalapeno bisque topped with a Pico de Gallo style relish
Prepared with fire roasted peppers and a tangy cumin crème Fraiche

Beef Tenderloin w/ Strawberry Balsamic Reduction
A delicious mesquite grilled filet mignon served atop a bed of caramelized garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with a sweet & tangy strawberry balsamic reduction and grilled asparagus spears dusted with smoked sea salt and fresh cracked pepper

5-layer Chocolate Ganache Cake
